Payment methods
Adding a card, how charges are collected, and declines.
Add a card on file in your account settings. Lumavo collects charges automatically through Stripe — the $5 listing fee when you deliver a Flex listing (absorbed by the first ten AI-edited photos on that listing), per-edit charges on a weekly schedule, and prepaid listing credits on Pro.
If a card is declined, processing pauses until a working card is on file; nothing is lost, and your listings and balance are untouched. You can update your payment method at any time.
