Payment methods
Adding a card, how charges are collected, and declines.
Add a card on file in your account settings. Lumavo collects charges automatically through Stripe — per listing on Showcase and Pro, and on a weekly schedule on Flex.
If a card is declined, processing pauses until a working card is on file; nothing is lost, and your listings and balance are untouched. You can update your payment method at any time.
