How overage billing works
What happens past your included allowance.
On Pro, each listing includes HDR editing for the first 70 photos plus two twilights and two stagings. Beyond that, extra photos bill at $0.50 each, additional twilights and stagings at $2 each, and multi-angle staging — matching a staged room across another camera angle — at $2, Director edits at $0.50, Canvas Extend at $0.25, Declutter at $1.00, and AI photo edits (auto-fill, repaint, reflection removal, TV fill) plus Smart Retouch at $0.15 — all pay-as-you-go. Object removal is free and unlimited. Grass greening, Fireplace Fire and sky replacement are always free, as is everything in the Develop panel.
On Flex, a delivered listing carries a $5 listing fee, and the first ten AI-edited photos consume it: edited photos at $0.50 each, complimentary edits at the same value, and add-on tools like staging or twilight all count toward it. Past $5 of work you are simply paying for the work. Lumavo emails a pre-billing summary before your weekly charge so there are no surprises.
