How listings (and listing commitments) work

A billable listing is created the moment you upload photos and press Process. Creating an order, entering an address, or uploading photos without processing does not create a listing or a charge.

Unused prepaid Pro listings never expire — even if you cancel, your remaining balance stays on your account permanently. If a shoot’s media was already processed and the shoot is later cancelled, the listing is not refunded, the same way an edited photo cannot be un-edited.
