Delivering a listing to your agent

Once a shoot is processed and curated, deliver it from the order. Lumavo sends the agent a branded notification with a passwordless link to their gallery, where they can view, download, and share the media.

Delivering to a real agent client is the billable moment. On Lumavo Flex, a delivered listing carries a $5 listing fee, and the first ten AI-edited photos consume it — as do staging, twilight, and complimentary edits at their normal value — so you only pay the $5 outright when you deliver a listing you did not use Lumavo to edit. On Lumavo Pro, delivering consumes one prepaid listing credit. Your first shoot is free and fully deliverable.

Every delivery can also power a branded listing website with a property gallery, map, and an interactive before/after view of the AI editing.
